xenoa has no accounts, so there's very little to say here. This page covers what data each tool stores, what cookies are set, and what's logged.
Each tool stores only what it needs to work: a poll's votes, a pad's text, a draw's names, a scoreboard's scores, a reaction wall's questions and reactions. There's nothing beyond that, no profiles, no analytics tracking, no ads.
Opening a poll, pad, draw, or scoreboard sets a small cookie scoped to that one link, so the site can tell you apart from other people using it; that cookie never leaves that one link. Separately, this browser is given one cookie that remembers what you've created or joined across xenoa, so the My Things page can show it back to you. None of this is shared with anyone, used for ads, or used to track you elsewhere, and you can clear it any time from the My Things page.
Like most web servers, xenoa briefly logs request activity (IP address, path, timestamp) for security and rate-limiting purposes. These logs are kept in memory and cleared on every deploy, not stored long-term.
